Business life issues such as increasing employee productivity, motivation and organizational commitment and creating a healthy work environment form the basis of business and organizational psychology.

The aim of the Business and Organizational Psychology Master’s Program is to scientifically examine the relationship between the organization and the individual and to train specialists with knowledge, skills and abilities that will be useful in identifying, preventing and solving human and organizational problems in business life.
