Career Opportunities
- Students graduating from the program will be equipped with a broad set of Human Resources Management knowledge and skills and will have a variety of career opportunities. They will be able to work as Human Resources Specialists in businesses and gain expertise in managing basic Human Resources Management functions such as personnel selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and reward systems. They will also be able to work in human resources consulting firms or human resources departments in areas such as strategic planning, policy formulation and implementation, organizational development and change management. Graduates will also be able to work in law firms or legal departments of businesses thanks to their knowledge of legal regulations and business law affecting human resource management.
